The C.L.E.A.N.® Food Certified directory and application (“App”) are provided strictly for general informational, educational, and reference purposes. The inclusion, exclusion, evaluation, or rating of any product, brand, ingredient, or manufacturer on this platform reflects proprietary criteria and does not constitute a legal, medical, regulatory, or commercial endorsement, guarantee, or disparagement of any product or company. All third-party product names, brand names, logos, trademarks, and trade dress appearing in the App remain the property of their respective owners, and their display does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by such owners.

Product information, ingredient lists, barcode data, and certification statuses are compiled from public records, manufacturer submissions, third-party databases, and user submissions. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain current and accurate records, C.L.E.A.N.® Food Certified makes no representations or warranties of any kind—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or marketability of any listing. Product formulations and certifications change frequently; users and manufacturers acknowledge that information is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

If you are a manufacturer, brand representative, or trademark owner and believe that any product information, certification status, ingredient listing, or trademark displayed on the App is inaccurate, outdated, or unauthorized, please submit a formal request to support@cleanfoodcertified.org. Upon written notification and administrative review, C.L.E.A.N.® Food Certified will promptly verify and, if necessary, correct, update, or remove the relevant listing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, C.L.E.A.N.® Food Certified, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any manufacturer, brand, distributor, consumer, or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or harm to reputation—arising out of or in connection with the access, use, inability to use, listing, mislisting, rating, or omission of any product or brand on this platform.

The verdicts the App shows (C.L.E.A.N., Almost C.L.E.A.N., Potentially C.L.E.A.N., Not C.L.E.A.N.) are the result of matching an ingredient list against our editorial dictionary. They are not medical, dietary, or allergy advice, they do not detect allergens or cross-contact, and they are not a substitute for reading the label yourself or consulting a qualified professional.
